Hello, my name is Pete Moore. I`ve been coaching youth development programmes for over 10 years, along with other services at PeteMooreFitness.
Based in Nottingham, I offer in-person and online 1-2-1 athlete development training, designing and delivering holistic long term programmes to young people aged 6-18.
Your childs athletic development sessions will be focused on developing their fundamental movement skills, mobility, strength, power, speed, agility, acceleration and deceleration. Always with their long term development at the forefront. As well as the 1-2-1 sessions, they will have access to advice and guidance in nutrition, hydration, and sleep strategies, with ongoing monitoring of their growth and maturation status. This maximises their athletic development to build foundations for life, improving performance in activity and their lives, helping them to reach their full potential and growing into disciplined, resilient, confident young adults.
